6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features require a subscription as displayed on our About page at the point of purchase. Prices include VAT where stated. Billing cycles and renewal terms are shown before payment. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel. See our Return Policy.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill. Digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our routines or guides. You use the service at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
